"We have always been very active in our retirement, but we would play tennis then go straight to McDonalds. We were eating too much fat so the benefit of exercise was cancelled out. We've now learned how to maximize our exercise and improve our health in general.

We eat three meals and two snack each day. And we feel great! We're both faster on our feet and that's great on the court. Bob wins more matches.
It's not just about calories. We keep a journal of everything we eat and drink so we can see exactly how many fat grams, how much sodium, how many carbs … everything. And we've learned the ideal amounts of each nutrient we need. It's easy once you learn how."
